Questions about our current offers
- What is included in the offer?
- Each offer sets out exactly what is covered before you book: the visit, the testing carried out, and the certification issued. Anything found that falls outside the scope is quoted separately in writing, so nothing is added to the invoice without your agreement.
- Is there a catch or a tie-in?
- No. Offers do not require a maintenance contract and there is no automatic renewal. If you choose to move onto a servicing schedule afterwards, that is a separate agreement you sign only if you want it.
- Which areas do the offers apply to?
- Offers apply across our standard coverage: Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Bristol, Pontypridd, Merthyr Tydfil, Bridgend, Gloucester and Cwmbran. Properties well outside that area may attract a travel charge, which we confirm before booking.
