AS Fire Services Ltd (Company No. 12389530) was founded in Bargoed to do one thing properly: deliver fully certified fire safety work to South Wales landlords on a deadline that survives council inspection.
We specialise in BS 5839 fire alarm installation and servicing, BS 5266 emergency lighting, HMO licensing-grade documentation, EICR, PAT testing and fire risk assessments. The majority of our clients are HMO landlords, property developers and letting agents managing portfolios across Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Bristol and the wider Severn corridor.
