A clear, no-pressure process from first call to certification
Whether you are a landlord preparing an HMO for licensing, a developer signing off a new build, or a facilities manager renewing a service contract, the path forward should be simple. When you contact AS Fire Services Ltd we follow the same structured process every time so you know exactly where you stand on cost, programme and compliance before any work begins.
- 1
Initial call or enquiry
Share the property details, the system category you need (BS 5839-1, -6, emergency lighting, EICR) and any deadlines. We will confirm scope and book a site survey at a time that suits the property and its tenants.
- 2
Free site survey
A qualified engineer attends the property, reviews the existing installation or layout, and identifies the correct grade and category against current British Standards and local authority HMO conditions.
- 3
Written quotation
You receive an itemised quote, often the same day, with a clear breakdown of equipment, labour, certification and any remedial works. No hidden extras after the job starts.
- 4
Install, commission and certify
Work is carried out around tenants and trading hours where possible. On completion you receive BS 5839 commissioning certificates, EICRs and a digital logbook ready for licensing or insurance audits.
